Day 1: Arrival in Chennai & Kanchipuram

- Afternoon:
- Depart for Kanchipuram (approximately 2 hours drive from Chennai). Kanchipuram is one of the seven Moksha-puris (holy cities) of India, known for its temples and silk weaving industry.
- Visit the Kailasanathar Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva), Ekambareswarar Temple (dedicated to Lord Shiva), and Varadaraja Perumal Temple (dedicated to Lord Vishnu).
- Evening:
- Return to Chennai for overnight stay.

Day 2: Chennai – Pondicherry

Day 5: Madurai – Rameswaram
- Morning:
- After breakfast, drive to Rameswaram (approximately 3 hours drive).
- Visit the Ramanathaswamy Temple, one of the 12 Jyotirlinga shrines of Lord Shiva. The temple’s massive corridors, holy wells, and sacred tanks are noteworthy.
- Afternoon:
- Explore the Dhanushkodi area, known for its spiritual significance and stunning landscapes. You can also visit Agni Theertham, a sacred beach.
- Evening:
- Relax or take part in the temple rituals at Ramanathaswamy Temple.

Day 6: Rameswaram – Departure from Madurai/Chennai
- Morning:
- After breakfast, drive back to Madurai (3 hours) or to Chennai (5 hours) depending on your departure flight.
- If departing from Madurai:
- Visit Alagar Kovil (a temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu).
- If departing from Chennai:
- You can stop en route for a quick visit to Sri Ranganathaswamy Temple in Srirangam (near Trichy), another important temple dedicated to Lord Vishnu.
- Evening:
- Depending on your flight time, you can proceed to the airport.
